Rick Hale, Senior Pastor, began full-time pastoral ministry in 1977 after receiving his degrees (B.A. and M.S. in Ministry) from Abilene Christian University. He is the founding pastor of Grace Community Church. Rick and his wife, Mary, have two children: Jordan and Katie.

Carol Landfair is the Assistant to the Sr. Pastor and oversees office manager. Carol has served in this capacity since the inception of Grace. She and husband, Benny, have three grown children: Allen, Carla and Jay ,8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. |

Sean Lee, Pastor of Membership, has a BA in Biblical Studies and oversees the 101 Membership ministry. Sean brings over 19 years of ministry experience to Grace along with tremendous energy and enthusiasm. Sean is a second-generation Korean-American who grew up in Kansas City, MO. Brenda Lee, serves as the assistant to Pastor of Membership. She met her husband, Sean Lee, at Southwest Baptist where she received a BA in Christian Ministries. Brenda and Sean have been married 18 years and have two children, Hudson and Olivia. |

John Drusedum, Pastor of Maturity, oversees the 201 Discipleship ministries. He began pastoral ministry while completing degrees (B.A. & M. A.in Religion) from Southern Nazarene University. John, and his wife Sharon, has served churches in OK, TX and NM, including planting a Gen-X church in Austin, TX before coming to Grace. Lendell Nolan, Pastor of Ministries, received a BA in Bible from Southwest Baptist University and a MDivBL and PhD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Wellington, New Zealand; Fort Worth, TX; and Tulsa, OK before joining Grace Community Church to oversee the 301 Equip area. Lendell and Patty, an English teacher at Goddard High School, have three blooming actresses: Elaina, Charissa, and Moriah.

Nelda Massey joined our staff in January 2002. She presently serves as Ministry Assistant to the Pastor of Ministry. Nelda has lived in Roswell for 20-something years and is the mother of three children: Megan, Tyler, and Sara as well as the proud grandma to Addison. |

Dr. Mark Andrews recently returned from planting house churches in Panama to serve Grace as the 401 Pastor of Missions. He and his wife, Karen, have two children: Ian and Kristen, both current cadets at NMMI. |

Mary Hale, Director of Music Ministries, has her degrees in music (B.M.E. and M.A.) from Eastern New Mexico University. Mary leads the worship team for Sunday Worship and oversees the 501 Adore areas of ministy.

Lillian Nyhoff serves as the Assistant to the Music Minister. She came to Grace in 2008 and is married to Kurt. She has three children; Faith, Garett and Joshua and one grandchild, Vanek. |

Jason Prince, Director of Media Ministries, is married to Heather and has been part of the Grace Team since 2001. |

Adele Hartman, serves as the part-time web technichian. She came to the Grace team after her retirement in 2008. She is married to David and has one daughter, Michelle who attends UNM. |

Kirk J. Wood, Pastor of Student Ministries. Kirk has worked in student ministry since 2001. He was a firefighter for the City of Greensboro, NC before ministry. He also loves hockey and was an official in the American Hockey League. Kirk attended the University of Ottowa, ON where he majored in History. Ed Elliott, Pastor of Children's Ministries, is the former Principal of Dexter High and Valley View Elementary school. Ed brings 27 years of education experince to the Children’s program. Ed and his wife Elouise have lived in Roswell for 24 years and have three children: Ted, Marcus, and Wesley.

Janice Steen, is the Assistant to both the Pastor of Membership and Pastor of Children's Ministry. She is married to Weldon. God has blessed them with 6 children, 18 grand-children and several great-grandchildren. |
